I posted the campaign standards I've been bouncing around on my blog. Any commentary is welcome. Well, most commentary is welcome. ;)
Most of this looks pretty reasonable.
It took me a while to find what you were refering to as "upkeep rules." You might want to give the page number if this is what you're going to send potential players to.These look good for your game and I know if I were trying to find a game I always appreciate learning the house rules being used before any surprises may crop up.
Overall pretty good.

No problem, that's why I posted them, to get some commentary. So far, most of the "regulars" that have shown up at the FLGS like the critical hit and fumble decks, so its proven locally popular.
I'm not sold on the 15 point buy, but I thought, since I've got some time for feedback before I run anything and I'm trying to make longer term "core" campaign standards, I'd float the "baseline" point buy and see how that goes over.
I do like to make sure people have all of my potential optional rules and house rules before the campaign starts, so it doesn't feel like I'm making "game changers" out of thin air based on getting a wild hair . . . somewhere. Thanks for the comment.
