There's the PF Wiki
There's also the Campaign Setting, which will be replaced by the updated World Guide: Inner Sea
What do you want out of the area you run your games in?

There's the PF Wiki
Just a note, that pathfinder wiki moved to http://pathfinderwiki.com just this week, its still settling into its new location, but we have more control than when we were hosted by wikia

I want enchanted woods, mighty castles and green meadows.
Sounds like Cheliax, Andoran, or Taldor to me. Taldor used to control the other two until it collapsed under the weight of its own decadence and has lost most of its holdings. I could see old Taldane castles dotting the region though. Really, anywhere just north of the Inner Sea would work. The three I mentioned just happen to be the most interesting to me.

The answer to both questions are in the Campaign Setting hardback or PDF, located at
http://paizo.com/store/downloads/pathfinder/pathfinderChronicles/35E/v5748b tpy84eo
is a book filled with maps of Golarion, including the first three Adventure Paths. But there are many details about the people of each area as well as major cities. You just won't get the fine detail that the later books, including some of the Adventure Paths, give. It's a "first edition" look at Golarion.

1- Anywhere where I can see pictures of Cheliax, Andoran, or Taldor?
These regions have all had Player Companion books. And the Pathfinder Wiki undoubtedly has plenty of pics from those books.
2- How about this product "Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting"? What is it?
It's a book that gives an overview of the Inner Sea Area, which is where all the action from the APs and modules has been thus far. At this stage, it's not really a worthwhile purchase, since it is about to be largely replaced by the World Guide: The Inner Sea book.

Hey hey, welcome Ravenath!
Like a few others have said here, the wiki is HUGELY helpful, so do check it out.
Product-wise, the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting is the deluxo route to the information you're looking for. The bad news is we're sold out of the print version of it. The good news is we still have it as a PDF. And the REALLY good news is we're just a few weeks away from sending an expanded and revised version of that book, Pathfinder Campaign Setting: World Guide - The Inner Sea, to the printer. And that renovation promises to be even more full of awesome than its predecessor. (Look for this around February.)
If you're looking for something to just give you a taste and an overview of the world - and really compel your players to create characters that are a part of Golarion, Pathfinder Player's Companion: Inner Sea Primer is going to be right up your alley.
And one more place is right here, as we have an incredible online community. A lot of the advice you're already getting is spot on. Taldor and Andoran would be great settings for the questing knights and peaceful vistas it sounds like you want in a campaign. The Kingmaker Adventure Path might also have a lot of what you're looking for. It's not a perfect fit, as it's far more frontier than Arthurian, so your PCs would have take on the majority of the knights role, but it does have the whole unspoiled wilds, rising nations, quests and kings element. Heck, it even has a tournament. Just something to check out.
But again! Welcome aboard and if you have any questions, just give us a holler!

Good answers!
So... World Guide: The Inner Sea Book. It seems the first of many, right?
That's the idea - though it's only an idea right now. That lengthy name construction does seem perfectly suited to changes like "World Guide: Someplace Else" and "World Guide: Over There" and "World Guide: Up Top." But thoughts like that are only twinkles in our eyes at the moment.

Some of the pictures may not be there yet - we're still cleaning some missing picture files from the hosting migration.

It seems the first of "some."
Pathfinder Campaign Setting World Guide: Inner Sea is basically the new and improved update to Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting.
It's basically the core campaign book for the continent on which all the adventures have been set so far.
There may be other World Guides published for the other continents at some point down the road but Paizo has said that publishing too many hardbacks at once is killer on them for deadlines and editing so don't expect a lot of them to some spilling into market. Also, since there is going to be a published world map at some point soon, there will be a fixed number of continents. Once they exceed that number, they'd have to start branching out into space or something.
But seriously, don't expect there to be too many World Guides published in the immediate future. Almost all of the existing campaign material is for the Inner Sea. They talk about planning something on a more Asian-themed continent at some point but that's still down the line yet.
Paizo does put out smaller books in their Pathfinder Campaign Setting series that tend to focus on one particular area or topic, and those come out every one or two months (depending on their schedule) but they're not really in the same ballgame as the World Guide.

Thanks for all the responses. This is a great community indeed.
I have seen the art of Andoran and... well... its clothes isn't as medieval as I though... they are more like... I don't know... the Benjamin Franklin era? It resembles the clothes of a film like "Pride and Prejudice" or "Pirates of the Caribbean", right?

Probably because Andoran is basically the early USA to Taldor's England.
