Its not exactly Pathfinder RPG material, but there are some really good lower level golems and contruct familiars in Dragon 341, which appears to be still available both in print and PDF right here at Paizo.

I made two very basic constructs for use in an E6 game, you might find them interesting. They're slightly adaptable as written, and meant to be a very simple form of constructs that even mages of mediocre power can create (though those are powerful mages in an E6 game).

Some of my favorite templates for making constructs are War Mahcine, Clockwork Creature from advanced besitary and then Magical Construct from Complete Book of Eldritch Might.
