Best novel to begin

Liberty's Edge

Hello, everyone:

I'm pretty new to Pathfinder and I wonder what is the best novel to begin to learn about this world. A good taste and feel of this world.

What do you recommend me?

I'd wait a few weeks for the Inner Sea Primer to come out and grab it. It's supposed to be an "intro" book about the setting, focused on player-friendly information.

Read the Lost Pathfinder in the verry bottom of the webfiction section and then go get the novel Prince of Wolves wich is a continuation of the story by the same author :) Great read, and tells lots about Chelliax and Ustalav and the Varisian (Gypsies) and various other great Golarian things...

(He's asking about novels, not rulebooks.)

Actually, only two Pathfinder novels (Prince of Wolves and Winter Witch) have been published as of this post, so that should make your choice pretty easy. Just flip a coin.

There's also plenty of free, official Pathfinder web fiction right here on the Paizo site.

Thanks everybody ^_^.
I'll begin reading!

Yes, thanks from me too.

Just ordered the novels - pretty darn cheap, so worth the effort :)

Don't forget about the Pathfinder Tale web fiction either if you want to do some trying before your buying. Richard Lee Beyer's "Lord of Penance" just started up this week and there's a backlog of... many!
