There is the efficient quiver.
It doesn't make magical arrows but it lets you carry an incredible amount of them.
Edit: Darn ninja~ but at least I got the link in!

Yes, the Efficient Quiver is the former Quiver of Elona, but are you referring to an infinite quiver? If so, no, there hasn't been an infinite quiver of anything since 2nd Ed.
Afraid that's not so. In the Dragon Compendium pg. 139 there is the Quiver of Plenty which is an infinite quiver.

I have always wondered why I have never found a bow magical property that allows an arrow of force to be evoked everytime you pull the bow string back. Maybe +1 property? If the 'force' arrow is too powerful, since it can hit ghosts, make it summon a mundane arrow.
Is it really that powerful, or is it just taboo to make something that is "a wand of infinite magic missiles" in some peoples minds? I mean is it really more powerful than a property that adds +1d6 fire damage to every shot or every swing of the sword?
EDIT- I quickly run for my books to make sure it does not exist already.

This is something I have wondered as well. It would be as simple as adding a weapon enchantment at either +1 or some fixed (High) cost that basically just summons ammunition to fire as you draw/cock/use the ranged weapon. The ghost touch enchantment already exists so I would hesitate to allow these to tack that function onto it.

It does exist, but only in the add-ins to the re-release of the D&D Cartoon series. The archer character used a bow like that and his 3.5 character write up includes the bow.

Is this what you'reooking for?
Quiver of Anariel:
Quivers of Anariel appear to be typical arrow containers capable of holding a score of arrows. However, the quivers automatically replenish themselves with standard or magical arrows, such that they are always full. Some quivers also create arrows made of special materials, such as adamantine, cold iron, or alchemical silver.
Once an arrow it taken from the quiver, it must be used within 1 round or it vanishes.
Moderate conjuration; CL 7th; Craft Wondrous Item, magic weapon, minor creation; Price 28,000 gp (standard arrows), 29,000 gp (masterwork arrows), 32,000 gp (+1 arrows), 44,000 gp (+2 arrows), 64,000 gp (+3 arrows), 92,000 gp (+4 arrows), 128,000 gp (+5 arrows); Add an additional +6,000 gp for adamantine arrows, +4,005 gp for cold iron arrows, or +200 gp for alchemical silver arrows; Weight 1 lb.

Unsurprisingly there are two un/official answers from Wizards:
Hank's Energy Bow: +2 comp long bow essentially firing magic missiles (2d6) and you can power attack with the bow!

Catti-Brie's Bow, which actually isn't infinite arrows, but rather the quivers (as pointed out by GM Wulfson):

Actually it was presented as a D&D web enhancement on the WotC website and can be found in their archives I believe but it takes some digging, and it's part of the D&D Cartoon DVD set celebration.
Effectively Hank's Bow (AKA Tashron's Bow IIRC) is a +2 composite longbow which has the special ability to produce magic force-arrows (2d6 force damage) and the bow always adds your full strength modifier to the damage, as the "cord" has as much draw as you can handle. It also had a special function to allow you to preform what amounted to a ranged power attack.
By reverse engineering the cost of the bow, the special ability was apparently priced at 22,500 gold pieces. You could, at your option, use real arrows as well (though I don't know why you'd ever want to, except perhaps for bane arrows or arrows of slaying).
