I have the subscription and so try to use them as they come up.
I have used the item cards and Crit decks the most. The cards I find look good but can be a problem to keep organized for my players (all noobs). They love the crit decks however.
Last week we used the plot twist cards for the first time. They loved it! Many plan on uses their cards as soon as they can.
this week I am going to introduce the Harrow cards and try to use them at least once this game, so they get a sense of how they work.
I am debating however, on using them a litlle differently and want to know if anyone else has used any of these products and how well they worked for them.
thanks.

I love the Harrow Deck, and some of my friends even use it to Harrow/Tarot Card read damn new agers ;) and I like the picture cards that are out, not sure what there called again, but I use them as the Faces for some of my NPC's :) Paizo has lots of great toys :) Plus I love things like the NPC Guide and the Faction Guide and the Pathfinder Seekers of Secrets etc...

If i had the money I would be keeping up with every accessory they came out with. I have been in many sessions where the DM had some sort of Paizo accessory. Each time the said accessory added a new level of excitement ranging from "thats cool" to "Holy crap....AWESOME!!!"
I just wish I had more money to spend on the accessories.

I have quite a few Campaign Map Packs and a couple of flip mats (Basic and Ship), interestingly I keep seeming to use my Dungeon Tiles more than my map packs - I think it is something to do with how the map packs aren't as flexible in building in different ways - the exception is Sewers and Waterfront (which was very useful when I was running Freeport). The basic flip map is great and I use it when I can't carry my Tact Tiles.
I keep eyeing up the initiative tracker as well :)
