What would your ability scores be on a pathfinder societies point buy for this type of inquisitor build

What type? There are like 5 different types in this topic. ;)

If you want to know a 20 point buy for a melee inquisitor, I'd probably go with:

STR 15
DEX 14
CON 14
INT 10
WIS 15
CHA 07

Put your racial bonus into strength (you are talking about a half-orc or human, yes?). At level 4, increase strength and at level 8 wisdom. I don't know how items are handled in PFS, but normally I'd try to get a Belt of Physical Perfection +2 (WAY better than Giant Strength +4, imho) and a Headband of Inspired Wisdom +2. That should give you very good saves, a high initiative and solid HP.

Get a Mithral Breastplate if you want mobility or a Mithral Full plate if you can spare the feat and want protection. Don't bother with getting an echanted armor, just use Magic Vestment.
On a side note, Magic Vestment is the reason why I still consider a shield as an Inquistor. If you use that spell on your armor and your shield, it's an all-day +6 armor at level 12 (earlier if you have prayer beads and/or other means to increse the spell level). Add short-term buffs (Shield of Faith, Protection Judgement), a few more items (mostly a natural armor amulet) and maybe Dodge/Shield Focus/Ironhide, and you can easily have an AC about 40 by level 10.
