Pregenerated NPCs by class, build, and level

Advice

I recall the old 3rd edition DMG had some prebuilt npcs for each class in it.
Ideally, I'd like to have a nice bank of NPCs going from 1-20 (although the 1-10 is a lot more useful and more 'bang for the buck') representing each class and each popular build for each class. Making NPCs is a huge time sink in my experience. Assume core only unless the class is an APG class.
For instance
Fighter 1) Two handed 2) Bow 3)Switch-hitter 4) Sword/board TWF 5) TWF
We'd assume standard NPC stat array and standard npc wealth by level.
I'd like them to have a reasonable degree of optimization, but not a hyperoptimization or an excess of 'cheese'.

So does a resource like this already exist, or can I call on the dark powers of these boards to summon it in tiny pieces from the void (and perhaps sticky it)?

The Gamemastery Guide has what you are looking for, I believe (don't own it myself). You can also just use the ones from the 3.5 DMG with little conversion work (CMB/CMD etc.)

The GMG doesn't have what the OP is talking about, and as the current Goose/GM in my Duck-Duck-Goose gaming group of 10 years the "Generic NPC of this class every 5 levels" chart from 3.0/3.5 DMG was a godsend for GMs to cook up a quick group of nasties for any level of play.

What the Gamemastery Guide does have (that the aforementioned 3rd ed chart doesn't) is basically archetypes of the often-found kinds of characters in most fantasy fiction. It then takes those archetypes and pretty much uses almost every feat from the Core Rulebook and spreads it out into single-classed and multi-classed NPCs from CR 1/2 to CR 14 (most of them are CR 5, which means either 6 levels of PC classes or 7 levels on NPC or mixed NPC/PC classes).

So instead of 1st/5th/10th/15th/20th Level Fighter on one page and 1st/5th/10th/15th/20th Level Druid on the other, it has Adventurers (lower-mid level single-PC classed NPCs) on one page, then on another page has Criminals (a multi-classed slaver, assassin, and thieves guild master, one low CR, the 2nd lower-mid CR, and the 3rd mid CR).

It (and a lot of the stuff for the PFRPG as far as NPC stat blocks goes) still lacks high-level NPC blocks, which Pathfinder doesn't support much in my opinion, and for those of us who like to plow through 20+ levels of play for 2 or more years in a single campaign instead of playing until level 9 and losing interest (which seems to be the norm) they've decided to back the norm and leave the 20th-level baddies for us GMs to trudge through making at this point.

Don't get me wrong, they've done nothing but good stuff and continue to improve upon a great thing, but I do wish they would help out more with the high-level content.
