Is there, or should there be, a restriction on the type of dragon bloodline a sorcerer can select? For example, can a Lawful Good PC choose the Red Dragon lineage?
I can see interesting possibilities from a GM perspective of having a LG character sprout red dragon wings, but see no other reason to disallow it.
Thoughts?

No... it`s more or less the same situation as Tieflings who have no alignment restriction.
For that matter, it`s more or less like Starwars` relationship between Luke and Vader.
It can provide interesting backstory, and any NPC`s are of course free to BELIEVE there is an alignment association (NPCs including dragons of that type / opposed to that type) but those contrasts should be allowed to play out, not restricted. Especially since there is no actual alignment component to the associated abilities, just elemental effects.

That said, I do think players often will choose to either come up with an alignment that matches or contrasts with the bloodline.
