I just picked up the whole CotCT AP (PF 7-12) plus the Players Guide 5 pack from Amazon and Barnes and Noble (4 used items from Amazon 3 new items from Barnes). Total with shipping: $107.
Is anything else necessary or highly suggested for running this AP?
I'm planning to run CotCT in a couple weeks once my Runelords game is done, but having the Guide to Korvosa has been very handy to prepare for it.

I Would pick up the Guide to Korvosa if you'd like a little more background. The Harrow Deck also features predominantly in the AP (you get to do a harrow reading at the beginning of each adventure - similar to a Tarot reading) There are rules for how to do this with a normal deck of cards, but having the actual cards there hitting the table is a awesome visual aid.

Guide to Korvosa is an awesome resource for this AP. Just simple things like knowing how much housing costs in each part of the city, and where everything that doesn't directly come into play in the AP (but players will invariably search out) is in the city helps immensely. The background information also helps fleshing out both the city itself and many of the NPCs you find within the AP.
The CotCT Map Folio has a poster map of Korvosa (which is handy since the one in the back of the Guide to Korvosa is stuck to the binding) and of Varisia. Both are very useful, but not required. The rest of the maps in the folio are the same as the ones in each AP instalment.

I have run this AP twice (about to finish up the second game within the next month)
I purchased the Map's, having those handy was very very helpful and the larger map of Korvosa was extremely helpful.
I also Purchased the Harrow Deck, Playing out the Harrowings was very helpful for the game especially in the earlier modules. It sets tones and helped pull the players in.
The most helpful thing you can do though is read the whole thing before you run the AP. Knowing what is coming will be more help than any props or tools. I overlapped information from one book to the other, and even had a few events spill over to cover the seams of the story as well as tie things together more strongly.
I make gather information slips with rumors on them and have the party make diplomacy checks and for every 5 points they get better rumors. With those I sprinkled information into the parties hands that made the city come alive and the story was more vibrant. Also can give the players a little warning about various dangers without just coming out and telling them things.

The most important book to add to this AP would be the Guide to Korvosa. It presents the city as it is immediatly before At the Edge of Anarchy and is, imo, one of the best city supplements I ever read for a D&D game (and I read a lot of them, including city of greyhawk, all waterdeep supplements, menzonerranzan, shadizar, city of delights and many others).
The Harrow Deck is a very good prop and playing out the harrows certainly acts to the game.
If you want to spend a bit, get the PDF of Pathfinder #3. Aside from a good Horror Adventure that can easily be played out of AP context, Hook Mountain Massacre contains an extensive Gazetteer of Varisia.
I haven't seen Orcs of Golarion yet, but I'm sure it could be nice to expand on the Belzken Part of the AP.
In Short: You've got all that is necessary, but the products listed are great to enhance and expand your game.

OP it looks as though you have the prime bits. Now that the guide to Kaer Maga is out you may want to snag it if you have some extra budget. In our CotCT campaign my players really spent a lot of time there once they left Korvosa and I always had to use the scraps of available information to flesh it out (this was all before the Pathfinder core rules had come out so we were rolling 3.5 style). We had a great time, but if I could do a "director's cut" version of our campaign I'd include the official KM source book information for sure.

In the last chapter of CotCT my players have had to 'port to KM to arrange buying and selling of magic since Korvosa is pretty much locked up tight. I'm a cheap bastard when it comes to spending money, but had the KM supplement been out when I was running that section of the AP I definitely would've bought it.
