Hey i know they got rid of monkey grip which im sad about cuz it wasn't even that good but was fun.but i was wondering if they did away with using a large one handed weapon in two hands?
Amiri (barbarian iconic) does exactly this with a bastard sword, so no, they did not do away with this.

You can use a large one handed weapon in two hands at a -2 penalty due to the size.
As for Monkey Grip, it isn't gone. Many games may limit pre-Pathfinder 3.5 material, but Pathfinder is built on a heavily modified 3.5 OGL.

yea the -2 to hit isnt worth the 1 average damage im looking at, and as for the other thing im in a game that is pathfinder paizo published only due to the insane power creep in 3.5

I made home-brew feats for the "big weapon" type characters and tried to balance it from the to-hit/damage trade-off point-of-view (with an err towards not-so-good). Although somewhat silly sometimes (one character who dual-wielded scythes, though it took them two or three feats to make it even normal effectiveness compared to light picks), it's still a fun option to have. I just put the BAB req to 3 for the first one, and 6 for the second (ie, the edge between realistic and "eff it!").
To restrict it a bit, I made the feat only apply to one fighter weapon group.
