It is a serpentine base form.
Can you offer any more details of the "look & feel" you want?
The Miniatures Handbook has the Displacer Serpent that might work.
The Fiend Folio has the Flame Snake.
The Players Guide to Faerûn has an interesting picture of a character holding a Blood Snake.
The 4E Monster Manual also had a good composite illustration for their Snake entry, but I don't think their gallery is still available.
That's what I can offer so far for "serpent" or "snake", but you might also want to look for something Couatl inspired for a more Outsider feel.

I'd go here and just poke around. Put in 'mythic' or 'mystical' or 'monster' or 'creature' or just poke around at random. It's a huge database of artwork, and lots and lots and lots of art from crayon drawings to professional grade painted artwork. It tends to lean heavily towards scifi/fantasy though.

UMMM OK.
Try this link
This link has almost no pictures that I would consider usable for a Eidolon, just a bunch of strange band pictures and alot of Homoerotic japanese animation.

And this link takes me to the Paizo message boards.
Maybe these links will be a little better.

Use your imagination man. Keep in mind that you won't find a picture of what an eidolon will look like simply due to the fact that they are specific to each PC and no 2 will look alike. They cannot look like any animal, magical beast, humanoid, monster, or other creature that already exists, at least not in any significant "Is that a Gnoll?" type of way.

Wierd.
If you look at the reply, you'll see i used url=www.deviantart.com, and when you reply, that's what comes through. But the board is putting the paizo webpage in front of it. Seems like a bug in the posting board, or url tag requires HTTP in front.
Yep, that seems to work.
