Approved format for magical spikes on magical armor?

I don't think I've ever seen such an item in a published source, but does anyone know if there is a publisher approved method for displaying an item such as a +1 Mithril Shadow Platemail with +1 Cold Iron Flaming Spikes?

My only guess would be:

+1 Cold Iron Flaming Spiked, +1 Mithril Shadow Platemail

I'm not certain, but their may be a hierarchy of components, from most magical to most basic.
