Flesh to Stone spell: Beside stone to flesh... what other spells can cure this effect ??
I see "Break Enchantment" can not do it; since it can not effect 6th level spells
I thought Heal would cure it but i do not see it listed any were in the spell discretion as one of the things it can cure.
Is there any way for a cleric or druid to reverse this spell ??

polymorph any object.
statue maybe...the creature is not dead(by the spell description) and therefore can be targets of creature spells.
force the soul out of the body with magic jar, then move the gem out of range and wait for the spell to end, you return to your body if it is in range of the host. he dies because he(gem) is not in range of his body. after which, you can have a resurrection cast, you'll need some of the stone, disintegration dust counts so i don't see why this wouldn't. or you could reincarnate, or whatever once he is technically dead.

I wonder if they will ever add Flesh to Stone to the Heal spell description as something that can be cured by this spell??
Not likely. Flesh to Stone and Heal are two of the oldest spells around. If the game developers wanted Heal to cure petrification, it could have been done long ago.

Basilisk blood.
But that's only if a Basilisk got 'im. :)
And even then there's a strict time limit of the lisk being less than an hour dead, which means you either have to transport a live basilisk to the statue or transport a statue near a live basilisk...
If it was a pertrification curse you could always grab a remove curse, but if it's good old medusa gazes or gorgon breath you're stuck with getting stone to flesh.
Be happy they toned down the cockatrice! That thing would just bite you until you failed a save due to bad luck, and then flesh to stone. It was a CR 3...

I think we covered the bases. I wish break enchantment worked, but no such luck. If it weren't instantaneous, the effect could be dispelled. I'd probably put stone to flesh and flesh to stone on the druid spell list, just to make things a little easier on divine spellcasters. Now I know what to do if anyone in our party gets turned into a lawn ornament....

I know what you mean. We lost half our 8th-level part to a flock of those damned things simply due to unlucky save rolls.
As to the OP: There's reason I consider flesh to stone the ultimate "save or die" spell in Pathfinder. So many people think its disintegrate, but that requires a touch attack AND a damage roll IN ADDITION TO the saving throw and spell resistance that flesh to stone faces. Throw in the fact that there are more ways to fix DEATH than there are to fix flesh to stone and you have one hell of an effective way of taking out enemies one target at a time.
