I don't mean this in any sort of disrespectful way, although I can see how you could take it that way. I'm British and took a good long time from getting into film, to realising there even was a British film industry...
I do indeed consider British films to be foreign films, since they were made in another country. As evidince, I cite the white-trash chucklehead idiots who, on my 2nd viewing of "28 Days Later" in the theaters, got up after 20 minutes and walked out on the movie, loudly proclaiming "THIS $&*@#& MOVIE WAS MADE IN EUROPE!"

James, what is your opinion on Super Hero Dinos?
They are cute. Not a fan, really, of the Avengers all that much, though.
So either the dinosaurs are making the Avengers better, or the Avengers are making dinosaurs a little lamer. Not sure which one.

James,
1. Do you make maps for the games you run?
2. Do you use some kind of computer program or hand draw them?
3. If you do use some kind of program which program do you use and how user friendly is it?
1.) Sometimes. If I have time, yes. If I don't, I just scavenge maps from other adventures, or simply make the map up on the fly.
2) I hand draw them, but use Photoshop to number them and add simple color (filling the water in blue and so on).
3) I used to use Campaign Cartographer a LOT, but then I switched to using a Mac so that stopped that. Campaign Cartographer is a lot more user friendly these days than it used to be, but it's not particularly any more user friendly than, say, photoshop. It takes a LOT of practice to make a good map, whether it's on a computer or on a piece of paper.

Do you consider British films (28 days later, slum-dog millionaire, dogma) to be foreign films, or do you, like most people, assume they are US made, never noticing the difference, because they are completely in English?
I consider them foriegn films. However, the big question is this: Do you REALIZE it's a British film or not? Some are obvious, some not so much. For example, I never would have realized that Kick-Ass was a British film if I hadn't watched it a few weeks before my friends living in the USA had the option. But then there are films like Harry Potter that are pretty blatantly British.

So James any idea (if? or when?) Book of the Damned Volume 3 will be released. And what will likely be the subject focus (Daemons?, Qlippoths?)
Actually, yes. I have a VERY good idea of when or if a Book of the Damned 3 will be released, and what it'll be about. I'm not going to say more about that yet, though!

Any idea when the Carrion Crown Players' Guide will be out? Same time as Haunting of Harrowstone?
And I realise this is probably a silly question, seeing as I'm still waiting for Bokus (Swedish internet bookstore) to let me be able to order Pathfinder #40.
Players' Guides always release within a week or so of the corresponding adventure becoming available. At this point, I would guess sometime in late February.

For the most part, yeah. I'm a pretty huge movie nerd, and I pay pretty close attention to not only who makes movies but where they're made and all that. In the end, though, it doesn't matter to me whether or not a movie's foreign or domestic, as long as I get to see the ones I want.

1) If you aren't a fan of the Avengers, who are you a fan of?
2) What do you think of motion gaming (Wii, Kinect, Move)?
1) I'm a fan of plenty of things. Ten things chosen from the top of my head:
a: H. P. Lovecraftb: John Carpenter
c: Chaosium
d: Akira Kurrosawa
e: Rachel Weisz
f: Martin Scorsese
g: World of Warcraft
h: cats
i: Wayne Reynolds
j: Fallout
Not a lot of comic book stuff in that semi random list. I'm not really all that into comic books, but if I were to nominate my fan leanings in comic books, they'd be at older titles like "House of Mystery," "Turok: Son of Stone," and "Devil Dinosaur." Basically, horror comics and dinosaur comics.
2) There's really not been a video game that's come out yet that utilizes the Wii or Kinect or the like that's aimed at my interests; as a result, so far, I am underwhelmed and not interested.

Have you read Nextwave?

I wouldn't convert the factorum at all. I'm not a fan of that class. Also, it's not OGL, so I can't do so in print anyway.
Glasia is not OGL.
Pretty much nothing from Dragon magazine is open content.

Devil Dinosaur has a cameo towards the end, is why I ask.

Ah; cool!
Still probably won't read it... but it's cool that Devil Dinosaur and Moon Boy are still kicking around!

So James, there seems to be a feeling that Pathfinder will go the road of "base class bloat" that 3.5 suffered from.
Any response to this feeling?
It's certainly something I'm concerned about. And it's certainly something we're keeping an eye on. We're trying NOT to make too many base classes, but at the same time, folks really get excited about them and thus they sell lots of books, so it's a balancing act.
I think this problem is MORE of an issue for org play, honestly, where anything in print goes and the GMs can't customize options to those they're comfortable with in their home games... but then again, GMs who run org play games probably already know that and are comfortable with it.
In any event, we'll be turning down the base class faucet after the APG. There's only 1 in Ultimate Magic, after all. And beyond that, I doubt we'll be doing much with base classes... subclasses (like the antipaladin) might have some room to grow though, but they're not really base classes as much as they are in-depth archetypes.

+1. Let the third-party publishers deal with that niche. And, AGAIN, FOLKS, Pathfinder's backwards-compatible with all your 3.x classes!

There is no such thing as a "defense Necronomicon". That's one of the lies.
(Years and years ago, Jeff Dee -- yes, that Jeff Dee -- and a friend wrote a Lovecraft parody of the Charles Atlas ads. Scrawny kid gambles a stamp and uses the book that comes in the mail to summon a Shub-Niggurath, which takes care of the bullies.)
Always learn the "protection" spells before the "summon" spells.

What's the difference in pronunciation between "demon" and "daemon?"
Also, is it possible for a demon or devil to choose to be of good alignment, or are they evil at the elemental level?
In the real world? There is no difference. They sound exactly alike.
In gaming? I usually go with:
Demon = "DEE mun" (rhymes with Bee run)
Daemon = "DAY mun" (rhymes with Bay run)
In your game? The GM gets to pick what's right.
Demons and devils are fundamentally evil. If one were to somehow not be evil, that'd be exceptionally rare. In a Pathfinder product, I wouldn't allow just any freelancer to pull this stunt; they'd have to be a REALLY good writer to justify such a weird situation, and furthermore justify it in a way that just using a good aligned tiefling or half-fiend wouldn't cut it.
