My group plays Gestalt pretty much exclusively, so my range of character options is exponentially expanded with every new class.
The three I've been working on since I got my hands on the book are for our All-Dwarf Kingmaker game:
Dwarven Inquisitor of Gorum//Cavalier of the Star, aka a Paladin of Gorum. Gorum was chosen because of the awesome "How would an inquisitor of gorum work?" thread over in the advice section.
Dwarven Invulnerable Rager Barbarian//Boreal Sorcerer. Uses Elemental Rage and Spirit Totem plus self-buffs from the Sorcerer, and has Sorcerer casting when he doesn't want to rage. Lack of AC isn't a big deal because of Invulnerable Rager.
Dwarven Drunken Master Monk//? . Havn't figured out what to gestalt this with, yet. May go with a 3.5 class. I wish you could combine Drunken Master with Monk of the Empty Hand, because that's actually the concept of the character; stumble around roaring drunk, stealing opponent's items and beating them over the head with them.

You group won't let you gestalt two variants of a base class? Bummer, especially for that concept...

Eh, what I'll probably end up doing is just asking for a homebrew feat that lets me use improvised weapons in a flurry and give them unarmed strike damage, because those are the only two things from Empty Hand that I really need. It's not any stronger mechanically since he can flurry with unarmed strike damage anyway, so I'm sure it'd get approved. I just need to figure out what else to gestalt it with. I thought of the Drunken Rager Barbarian, but alignment issues prevent that.

Go Elemental (Fire) Sorcerer, then have any fire based spells come out of his mouth when he belches...
Yeah there isn't really anything else (PF wise that is) that blends well with that idea unless you just stack fighter on it...and that seems redundant to a certain extent.
Edit: Barbarian would be hilarious though...

I mostly DM, but here's some of the character concepts I'm eager to try:
-Mite druid with either the Blight Druid archetype or just the Vermin Heart feat.
-a highly manic CN gnome or goblin alchemist. Bomb (and possibly poison) specialist. You can guess where this is going. Has a kind of sing-song way of speaking to himself. Quotes include "Dirty deeds! Done dirt cheap! TNT! Cyanide! High voltage! Done dirt cheap!" and "I'm the Evil Midnight Bomber what Bombs at Midnight!"
-This one's a Planescape one (Human summoner) Fraternity of Order sage who knows many of the arcane formula that governs the laws of the multiverse. He can conjure minions from beyond using their true names. His eidolon is a living mass of arcane equations (a moigno for those familiar with Planescape.

My Half Orc summoner died in Rise of the Runelords. I think I am going with an Elf Air Elementalist.
I have a question, can I take the Air Elementalist school and also take the Admixture focused school...I'd like to just be able to change everything to lightning...
One or the other, my friend.
