Not so, Jade. I answered yes to all the nature questions except one and I'm NG. Mind you, my "N" stats were both strong, but G beat N by a couple points and L was only a little behind N on that axis.

Well something was batty, and there were questions there I wouldn't have answered A or B on.

I'm so NG. If you cut me, do I not ooze with goodness that's not too wild and not too judgey?

And that question about if there was a plague loose in the country, I choose FLEE! With my skill set how could I possibly check that option that has me racing to find a cure? How many epidemiologists and CDC workers actually take that test? If that notches me toward evil, I call BS. If you ain't a fireman, get the @#$% outta the building folks. Took it again. I keep ending up as a half-orc, though my stats on this one are a little closer to what I think they'd be in real life:

Neutral Good Half-Orc Ranger/Wizard (2nd/2nd Level)

Ability Scores:
Strength- 14
Dexterity- 14
Constitution- 11
Intelligence- 14
Wisdom- 10
Charisma- 11

Spoiler:
Alignment:
Neutral Good- A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias for or against order. However, neutral good can be a dangerous alignment because it advances mediocrity by limiting the actions of the truly capable.

Race:
Half-Orcs are the short-tempered and sullen result of human and orc pairings. They would rather act than ponder and would rather fight than argue. They love simple pleasures, such as feasting, boasting, and wild dancing. They are an asset at the right sort of party, but not at the duchess's grand ball. Half-orcs are as tall as humans but their brutish features betray their lineage. They regard scars as tokens of pride and things of beauty. They rarely reach 75 years of age.

Primary Class:
Rangers- Rangers are skilled stalkers and hunters who make their home in the woods. Their martial skill is nearly the equal of the fighter, but they lack the latter's dedication to the craft of fighting. Instead, the ranger focuses his skills and training on a specific enemy a type of creature he bears a vengeful grudge against and hunts above all others. Rangers often accept the role of protector, aiding those who live in or travel through the woods. His skills allow him to move quietly and stick to the shadows, especially in natural settings, and he also has special knowledge of certain types of creatures. Finally, an experienced ranger has such a tie to nature that he can actually draw on natural power to cast divine spells, much as a druid does, and like a druid he is often accompanied by animal companions. A ranger's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that he can cast.

Secondary Class:
Wizards- Wizards are arcane spellcasters who depend on intensive study to create their magic. To wizards, magic is not a talent but a difficult, rewarding art. When they are prepared for battle, wizards can use their spells to devastating effect. When caught by surprise, they are vulnerable. The wizard's strength is her spells, everything else is secondary. She learns new spells as she experiments and grows in experience, and she can also learn them from other wizards. In addition, over time a wizard learns to manipulate her spells so they go farther, work better, or are improved in some other way. A wizard can call a familiar- a small, magical, animal companion that serves her. With a high Intelligence, wizards are capable of casting very high levels of spells.

True Neutral Human Wizard 5

Str 15
Dex 15
Con 15
Int 18
Wis 15
CHa 15

I'm a little surprised at some of the stats though. I'd expect my Dex at the least to be a few points lower, probably around a 12 or so. My Con I would drop a bit to 13-14. Otherwise things look decently accurate. To not be arrogant, I'd reduce my Int to 16-17 as well. Interesting test. I'll have to have my wife take it too.

I'd likely set it up like this:

Str 15
Dex 12
Con 14
Int 17
Wis 15
Cha 15

True Neutral Gnome Druid/Sorcerer (4th/3rd Level)

Ability Scores: Strength- 13/Dexterity- 15/Constitution- 15/Intelligence- 15/Wisdom- 15/Charisma- 14

Spoiler:
Alignment:
True Neutral- A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. True neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion. However, true neutral can be a dangerous alignment because it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction.

Race:
Gnomes are in wide demand as alchemists, inventors, and technicians, though most prefer to remain among their own kind in simple comfort. Gnomes adore animals, gems, and jokes, especially pranks. They love to learn by personal experience, and are always trying new ways to build things. Gnomes stand 3 to 3.5 feet tall and live about 350 to 500 years.

Primary Class:
Druids- Druids gain power not by ruling nature but by being at one with it. They hate the unnatural, including aberrations or undead, and destroy them where possible. Druids receive divine spells from nature, not the gods, and can gain an array of powers as they gain experience, including the ability to take the shapes of animals. The weapons and armor of a druid are restricted by their traditional oaths, not simply training. A druid's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that they can cast.

Secondary Class:
Sorcerers- Sorcerers are arcane spellcasters who manipulate magic energy with imagination and talent rather than studious discipline. They have no books, no mentors, no theories just raw power that they direct at will. Sorcerers know fewer spells than wizards do and acquire them more slowly, but they can cast individual spells more often and have no need to prepare their incantations ahead of time. Also unlike wizards, sorcerers cannot specialize in a school of magic. Since sorcerers gain their powers without undergoing the years of rigorous study that wizards go through, they have more time to learn fighting skills and are proficient with simple weapons. Charisma is very important for sorcerers; the higher their value in this ability, the higher the spell level they can cast.

I think my Con should be much lower.

Constitution- 18 (14-16 IMO)
Intelligence- 15 (13 is more likely)

Alignment:
Lawful Neutral- A lawful neutral character acts as law, tradition, or a personal code directs him. Order and organization are paramount to him. He may believe in personal order and live by a code or standard, or he may believe in order for all and favor a strong, organized government. Lawful neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you are reliable and honorable without being a zealot. However, lawful neutral can be a dangerous alignment because it seeks to eliminate all freedom, choice, and diversity in society.

Race:
Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Class:
Rangers- Rangers are skilled stalkers and hunters who make their home in the woods. Their martial skill is nearly the equal of the fighter, but they lack the latter's dedication to the craft of fighting. Lawful Good- A lawful good character acts as a good person is expected or required to act. He combines a commitment to oppose evil with the discipline to fight relentlessly. He tells the truth, keeps his word, helps those in need, and speaks out against injustice. A lawful good character hates to see the guilty go unpunished. Lawful good is the best alignment you can be because it combines honor and compassion. However, lawful good can be a dangerous alignment because it restricts freedom and criminalizes self-interest.

OK, the comments -- wow, that's a seriously long test.

I'm like some of the others, wondering what the tie-breakers are. I'm apparently firmly in the Lawful/Neutral and Good/Neutral sides of the alignment axes, but almost evenly split between the neutral and the extreme in each case. That's probably about right, but I honestly thought there's be a touch more chaotic, really.

I am apparently equal parts halfling and human. Now I understand where I get my height -- or, to be more accurate, now I understand why my grandmother, bless her soul, was so short -- she was Hin!

My class was interesting -- I haven't looked at other breakdowns yet, but it didn't seem to be very heavily weighted to any one class. I had the same score for three spellcasting classes and then did better with the ranger. And none of the spellcasting clases was druid, which would seem to be a natural fit.

All in all, good fun. Thanks for sharing!

Oh, and I almost forgot -- my ability scores. I'm not even going to share those with anyone that knows me because the laughing fit they would have ... Let's just say I don't want to have to drive them to the emergency room and explain the convulsions...

I feel that the Alignment part works on a defective algorithm : with no ounce of Evil in my answers and a pretty good share of Good (equal to the Neutral one), I end up Neutral instead of Good.

What if I had equal quantity of Good and Evil and zero Neutral ? Would I end up Neutral (which would be in line with the official definition of Neutral), or would the algorithm arbitrarily set me up with either Good or Evil just because my score in Neutral would be abysmal ?
