I was wondering what levels of technology existed in the Pathfinder Campaign World and where they existed. I saw some discussions on guns, but not on building and transportation. If there were other posts, I'm sorry, maybe you could link them here to facilitate people being able to find them easier.
I'm also including the development of magic technology in my quest for technological information. I'd figure, now that the limitation of having to expend one owns essence(experience points) to create magical items, that in such a world large magical industrial items would exist.

IIRC, there's only one country with firearms in Pathfinder. It's more of a city-state really, near the Mana wastes (I think that's their name), where magic doesn't function properly. I would expect that there would be all manner of clockworks and other proto-rennaissance/pre-industrial revolution type of contraptions there.
Other than that, you have a variance from high zulu-style technology (the Mwangi expance, at least that's how I think of it personally), iron-age egyptians, gypsies, and then you have end of the dark-ages/rennaissance levels of technology pretty much throughout the campaign world with a few more barbaric (pre dark ages level) places as well.
The only limitation is the location of the firearms. I'm sure others more knowledgeable will chime in, but my computer's overheating as is, and I'm running out of time to answer.
I hope I helped.

I'm not sure where building stands. I know that a variety of cities have large sewer system (big enough to adventure in at least) and that buildings (on Golarion) rarely seem to have more than two floors and a basement.
There is not much I know about the transportation aside that caravans are the way most stuff is moved overland and boats are used across the coast. There isn't any airborne transportation or mechanical/magical vehicles (trains, cars, etc.).
The most powerful technology tends to meld magic with a tad of science, but those more ancient wonders from lost civilizations rather than things people understand how to create.
If there is a magical industry in the world it is pretty low key (while low level magic items aren't that rare or unexpected on the world, they are rarely treated as common. Most people, from what I can tell, will not use a magical item in their lifetime) or limited to a local area (like the golem works in Kaer Maga).

I usually assume a renaissance level of technology in places like andoran and cheliax, maybe renaissance+ given the social advancement and some of the magitech.
Other paces have less advancement, like Brevoy, which is stuck in a psudo-medieval level without the feudal system.
And while numeria has Tech, it's mostly black-box. SOME people have gadgets salvaged from the fallen ship, but they dont seems to make any of it and understand very little of it. Given that its a "barbarian" land, I'd assume that all the cool stuff gets used by chieftains and brigands to oppress everyone else. The Technic League doesnt seem very competent.

Buildings are generally Rennaisance/Medieval style, with some ancient megastructures (trans-continental bridges, massive dams, siege castles) thrown in, although mostly in a state of disrepair.
Also, on the previous poster's point, Brevoy is actually the Feudal State analogue on Golarion, most of the other nations are slightly more advanced.
