Yes! I've been looking for an excuse to get a NetFlix account. This would be the perfect argument to convince my wife! ;-P
And for clarification "the first one" is "Spartacus: Blood and Sand".
Someday, I will return to my long missed Netflix account. I must lay my eyes upon the bosom of Lucy (f)Lawless.

Cool and insightful doesn't matter. What you wrote was just fine, and very helpful. We didn't know about the C-section, excess fluid thing. Gives us something to ask the doctor about at his first pediatrician visit on Monday. Thanks!

My first reaction wasn't surprise...more like admiration. She's impressive! (Most impressive.) ;)
Yeah, I've heard rumors that Lucretia may actually survive to return in Season 2. I sincerely hope so. In addition to the beautiful nekkidness, I also think her character is awesome.

I imagine she'll be around for the next couple seasons, at least until they decide to go back and follow the Slave Uprising that Spartacus started. Which historicly would mean Spartacus was out of it anyway. He left and went home, it was Crixius that tore Rome up before getting killed.

What my dear Solnes forgets as she excitedly awaits the face off, is that I added to them. I wanted them to be the stuff of nightmares, not the bad guys from Rainbow Bright. >:D

Actually, didn't Spartacus *want* to go home, but chose to stay and fight with his men? According to the last documentary my wife watched, Spartacus actually was killed with the other rebels. I didn't see the documentary, myself, but I remember my wife saying that he would have been able to go home and live out his life if he hadn't chosen to stay with his men, who wanted only to plunder Rome.

Hmmm, maybe. The last few sources I read on the matter indicated that he returned to Thrace wanting no part of a war that he knew would end poorly, but the Romans tracked him down and put him to the sword anyway. But his history is so clouded in legend that there are for to many versions of it to dig through. ~shrugs~

I finally watched Scott Pilgrim vs the World last night. not a bad movie. It was actually quite funny and the music wasn't that bad either. Plus Mary Elizabeth Winstead is pretty hot in the movie also.

It's slow, so I figured I'd post this...
Even though I've probably seen it a hundred times, I think this has to be the funniest music video ever made. These guys have some of the best facial expressions ever.
That's not the whole band in the video--just a collection of various musicians in the scene. They are:
- Chuck Dukowski (standing, with trucker hat) - bass, backing vocals - Black Flag
- Henry Rollins (seated, with Brooks shirt) - lead vocals - Black Flag
- Glen E. Friedman (seated, with red shirt) - photographer and producer
- Earl Liberty (seated, with cap) - bass - Saccharine Trust
- Greg Cameron (seated, with blue shirt) - drums - October Faction
- Dez Cadena (in bean bag chair) - rhythm guitar, backing vocals - Black Flag
