Morning, all. What did I miss?
Well, Ed and Eric developed a viable plan to repair the leak in the blood bank storage facility, only to have their plans rejected by the facilities supervisor, the mysterious Mr. Alucard. Across town, Scott and Sarah prepared for the arrival of their first born child, only to have a mysterious stranger named M. Erlin show up asking if he could borrow the child for a short while. Meanwhile, after many years of research and countless dollars spent, Albert was getting close to proving the existence of...No, wait! That's my soap opera!

And, of course, my missus is pregnant and about to pop, so none for me. But I still had to get her a gift.

Ahh...reminds of the space ship my parents put me in right before my home planet was torn apart.

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood,
A beautiful day for a neighbor,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
It's a neighborly day in this beautywood,
A neighborly day for a beauty,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.
So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?
Won't you please,
Won't you please,
Please won't you be my neighbor?
Hi FAWTL neighbor, I'm glad we're together again....

Things I am not allowed to say to professional colleagues, volume #3524:
"The fact that you don't understand this doesn't make it incomprehensible. It just means you're too dumb to understand it."
There. I've gotten that out of my system and can go be tactful.
I want to write that on so many threads lately.

Badger: How much longer do you see this commute thing going on?
Well, my SVD gift works this way: "Hey, sweetie, I got a Borders coupon in my email."
"Okay, go get yourself some miniatures for VD."
*Elder Copper Dragon
*Kenku (a useful double)
*Oni Night Haunter
*Zhent Champion
*Deva Fanatic
*Orc archer

As for Valentines Day... I've never relied on random calendar days to express my feelings so the likelyhood I will be spending money on my sweeties on this day is fairly slim... but I'm not a hater either.
My attitude on V-day is Moar Sexy Rumpus

At least until June.
And, since there appear to be no real job opportunities where we currently reside, it might be longer. Oddly, a move to Atlanta or *ahem* Seattle would be perfectly fine. :)

Yeah... I can imagine. I can tell by the titles that there are several active threads right now that I dare not even look at, because if I do, I'll feel a need to comment. Since I'm trying hard to avoid conflict here these days, it's really best to just leave those threads alone. :)

Good luck bro, it's a wild ride.
Hopefully your marriage is as long and excellent as mine (21+ years and still happy as a clam).
Dang. I thought I had most of you beat in terms of longevity. My wife and I have been married for 20 years.
My missus and me have been married for nearly 4 years now. It just feels like longer....

In other news, David Blaine is jealous he hadn't thought of it first.

So, Urizen, enjoying the posts this year?
Define posts and elaborate on enjoying them. Succubus are a wily sort. At least the ones I've come across. ;-)
Why, sir, in the vicinity of eighty odd (thus far) RPGSuperstar posts this year...
It doesn't actually matter much if you're enjoying them or not, but I enquire as a matter of good manners - given that my services for commentating on five Rounds of RPGSuperstar 2011 top 32+ entries have been pre-paid for by someone who used your karmic credit card. Oh, and a few days ago, you may have noticed another charge go through for my having to inquire about Arazni of the Dread Lord of Golarion - James Jacobs' consultancy fee on matters regarding state secrets of national rulers isn't cheap.
Is that sufficiently clearer? ;)
Good manners? You obviously have me confused with some other person of lesser ill repute than I. Besides, my karmic credit card is overdrawn. I had to borrow ... Sharoth's...

I got booted through the exit well before the ride was over. They didn't think too kindly for me having my middle fingers standing at full attention when it was time to take the photos for the expensive pictures they hawk for 'memories keepsakes'.

We didn't get much playing time with our first campaign adventure set in Isger yesterday evening (the GM will be setting up the scene for Red Hand of Doom shortly). It felt good being a Ranger with 18 STR, a great sword, and goblinoid as a favored enemy. Made a crit and smacked one for 26 points of damage. And picked up a free longbow.
Now, back on the caravan headed to Elidir. Don't believe we'll be seeing the last of those goblins.
TOTP for snuffing out a goblin in one strike. In the nude.
