Morning guys. So I broke down and ordered my Dwarvenforge stuff today. Still want to get the cave and medieval house set, but that can wait. This stuff is already to damn expensive but if I wantto stick to my goal of ditching flipmats forever it's gotta happen.
INTERVENTION!!!!!!! ;)

Although I find my self making more then I buy (thus my Hirst Arts molds instead of Dwarvenforge).
See I love the dwarvenforge stuff for building interiors, caves and dungeons. But I need to make building models and my terrain is coming along nicely.

I think 3.x - PF handle fantasy games better, but outside of that, you can do things with GURPS that just aren't practical with d20. And for mixing fantasy/sci-fi/supernatural as in B13 it is the shiz-nit.

I think denial is one of the stages.

With the right molds you can build interiors with the Hirst Arts molds especially caverns and dungeons, it just takes a lot of casting. The advantage is you can make whatever you want. Also in the long run it is a bit cheaper, although you can drop quite a bit on molds and plaster and have nothing to show for it right away.

We've switched to Savage Worlds for our non-fantasy gaming. I like the more "rules light" system it provides at the moment.

The thing I like the most after viewing their website is the houses and exterior stuff. I think I may order from them for that after my terrain, and dwarvenforge stuff is completed.

I blame the students for bringing their kids and letting them run around like hooligans while they are in class. The little plague bringers.
My wife was a preschool teacher for 11 years. Unfortunately, she has Rheumatoid Arthritis, and the current course of treatment is to suppress her immune system. After two years in a row of month-long sinus infections and bouts of bronchitis, she decided to give it up.

It wouldn't be permanent, just during the years they were at school and drinking from the fountains.

At this point I wake up quite a bit before the sun, newborn is stealing my sleep.:)

At least now we have windows.
It used to be (in the Winter time), I'd wake up and go to work when it was dark, work in the basement with no windows, and leave when it was dark -- always wondering if the sun ever came up.

WooHoo!! The APG will be MINE! I placed the order and now will do my happy dance! :D
(Yeah I know, everyone else already has it, but it will be my first Paizo goodie in a while.) :P
Not me. :(
But I'm not even table top gaming anymore. Stoopid noise levels. And I still can't sit a read a frakkin' book. At least I've been able to connect to some old friends via MMO. That's been fun.
2011 WILL be better!
Enjoy your AP an extra bit for me!

That sucks dude. Even more reason I wish you lived close to us, our games are smaller and less noise. (Don't want to wake the kids after all.) :/

She totally did not go to Minnesota, and definately did not party with me on Saturday night, and was for sure not up till 4 a.m. drinking and dancing with my pals. Never happened.
