Like I said I may be able to arrange for one. All those Forgotten Realms fanboys want the Manshoon real bad. If one gets a bebilith I'll trade for it.

And Moorluck me and the husband are doing fine. Just a lot of work. Alex is pulling all the stops out to finish his thesis this semester. And I'm working crazy hours to save up to move.

Yes, thanks Jeremy. Unfortunately, it's going to be awhile for me.
Sorry to hear it, if I ever get a double (I need to get a bebilith or 2) I'll send it too you :)
WHAT?
Come on Urizen it's his favorite all time mini. It's now in the new ultra rare category, I opened 3 cases and only saw 1. So when I buy another case next week the least I can do is give him an extra mephistopholes if I get it.

Pst. I think you read Uri's post as a sane person would, I think he was referring to "if you ever get a double". C'mon you're young and carefree, go ahead and get you're "double" on.... Alex will understand if he's there. ;)

How are you guys anyway?

Cases? what is this cases you speak of. I think I have 1 maybe 2 official DND mini's. Not cases 1 or 2. :P

Cases of the new lords of madness 8 packs of minis in them, I bought 3 cases thats 24 minis also since at my FLGS I get a free $20 every $200 I spend I got an additional 3 packs of minis that brought it up to 27 packs of minis in one day. :P

Sweet! Good luck on the bebiliths.
It's sad 3 cases got literally everything else I wanted except the bebiliths. So I may be buying another case in another few weeks to see if I can get a few. I also got a manshoon I will never use, I may trade it for a bebilith when my buddy does the singles breakopen for his showcase down at the store (if he even gets one).

My gosh; that's dewangussed. You drop $500 quid on a damn bunch of stuff and you don't get two bebiliths....I hate special card b.s.

Just like Empire Strikes Back cards back in the day. Great.....I have 57 cards of the rebel hanger on Hoth but I can't get 1 freakin card of Luke Skywalker with Yoda in a backpack to complete my collection.

Maybe you can grab two banana spiders and drown them in epoxy and make bebiliths like that...about the same size I reckon.

Collectability was a concept I didn't get as a kid. I'm pretty sure I had that card back then. I couldn't tell you how I got it, how many others there were, or what happened to it. But now as an adult it drives me nuts--stupid ass %^@#$%^&*!. Availability, now that's a concept I had. I cut the backs off the action figure packs so I always knew what other action figures I could buy.

Dude, it is way to early in the morning to be chasing a baby around... unless you meant baby as in a babe. Then it is never to early to chase them. ;)

Well the baby doesn't get here for like 7 weeks (if he makes his due date) and then it should be at least a little bit before I have to chase after him. Although I am sure I will have to before I know it.

*blink*

Afternoon folks.

Weird day. Started off early sending a few cakes to work. Had a nice morning yardsaling and library saling, then went on FB and found one of my good friends from high school dropped dead of a heart attack on Friday. Weird feeling, like a piece of my history crumbled away. Strange.

Well, off to mow the lawn...

Yeah. The world gets smaller and duller every time that happens to me. Fortunately, new people appear to make it larger and brighter again. Like you guys.

Awe my heart just grew 3 sizes today. It is now a size small.

Welcome to the club bro.

Scarab Sages

I've been doing good about avoiding those troll threads. Still, bummer that you got a post removed.

Scarab Sages

Been busy today. Ran some errands. Then transferred my Spawn Mead for the primary to a secondary fermenter. It's already looking and smelling good. So far it's sitting at about 16% ABV. And I just finished organizing my game stuff for tonight.

Leaving in a bit to pick up my friends and we'll go to another guys house. My buddy Jason will continue us in a game he's been running. And, I think we're recording another pdocast episode tonight.

Scarab Sages

Speaking of....time to get going. Later folks.

If you're a freelancer in the illustration or writing fields (or both), creative directors don't even ask for a degree. What they really care about is your portfolio. I figure I can work on my portfolio, and at the same time, learn a marketable skill.

Only problem is, the family members I'm borrowing money from to pay for college have stated that if I switch to a trade school, I won't have any way to pay for it. So I'm stuck.

They'd pay for you to go to art school, but not to learn a trade?
That turns the usual ultimatum on its head.

It's like something out of a Monty Python sketch.
Hold on; it IS a Monty Python sketch!

Honestly, I almost removed it myself. But they made my eyes bleed, so I made Ross' eyes bleed. There was a Danny Devito/Billy Crystal line about that somewhere. You missed nothing. Just imagine a wall of HAHAHA a mile wide and several deep and lots of exclamation points at the end. The only thing I didn't do was embiggen and embolden it. Oh well, I should have gone out bigger.

Thanks, Pat. What do I get? Is there a club FEZ perhaps? ;P

My current theory is that my mother, father, and aunt are all operating under the "oh god our kids are turning into our parents" mindset, and want it to stop.

That Python sketch sounds painfully familiar.
