I'm looking at the meteor hammer in the Adventurer's Armory and in the table section it doesn't mention anything in the properties area despite the entry itself indicating it has a 10-foot chain and specifically mentioning trip capabilities. But the table in the back doesn't list anything.
What properties should be listed in the back? Specifically does the weapon have reach and trip?
Secondly are there any other weapons missing properties (e.g. bladed scarf many have presumed lost it's reach powers, but there is no entry; all it says is to go look at another book which mentions its reach capabilities). Though I may be wrong since my search wasn't exhaustive.

Of course!
That thread is pretty much where I got every bit of errata from the awesome Sean himself.
Any word as to if the separate ends of the meteor hammer have to be enchanted separately? And if they are enchanted separately, can you pick which one is active in fortress mode?

Yes and Yes. The first one is a Yes because that's how double weapons work, and the Meteor Hammer is a double weapon. The second one is Yes just because you can always choose which end to attack with (of a double weapon) if you're only attacking with one end.

wow so even after the errata the meteor hammer is a 1d10/1d10 19-20/x2 reach weapon ? that's way better than TWF with bastard swords.
No its a 1d8/1d8 20/x2 reach, trip weapon. They altered the table on the back cover with second printing.

1d8/1d8? okay, whew thats better.
and SKR says its reach in both forms. at least its not inclusive reach like 3.5, which does help mitigate somewhat. it is kinda nice then i guess, having a weapon you can twf with that has reach. still its kind of weird that its off-hand counts as light.... but i can live with that change =)

The text portion (below) very much implies its not a reach weapon when being used as a double weapon.
Meteor Hammer: This weapon is one or two
spherical weights attached by a 10-foot chain. You
whirl the weights and wrap them around an opponent’s
body. If you succeed at a trip attempt with a meteor hammer,
you can drag your opponent 5 feet closer rather than
knocking her prone. You may use this weapon in two
different ways: in meteor mode you use it as a double
weapon, and in fortress mode you cannot use it as a
double weapon but gain reach and a +1 shield bonus
to AC. Switching between these two modes is a free
action decided at the start of your turn.
