I am playing an Inquisitor in PFS and I am considering a dip into rogue for skills and a little sneak attack. Problem is that since PFS only goes to 12, if I go two levels of rogue to get evasion, I will miss out on Stalwart at 11th for an Inquisitor. What do you guys think: Pick up Evasion or take just one level of rogue and get Stalwart late in the game? All of my saves will stay medium high with inquisitor bonuses and being a Dex-y character.

I think that you're FAR more likely to run into reflex partial than fort or will partial. Even if your saves were even I'd go with evasion. If you reflex is better, DEFINITELY go with evasion.
Also, partial effects from fort/will tend to be set amounts that are far less than half the full effect (disintegrate goes from 30d6+ to 5d6, phantasmal killer from "you be dead" to 3d6 or nothing depending on which save you make, etc). Partial from reflex is almost universally half.
Lastly, I'm pretty sure almost all fort/will partial effects are level 13-15+, which your PFS toon is unlikely to see at all.

I'd take STalwart over Evasion any day. Theres no Ring of Stalwart.
If he has that option and wants to spare the 25,000 gold, sure. I'm not sure what the wealth level of a PFS character is after they hit double digit levels, but the normal wealth-by-level guidelines would put that at almost a quarter of his gold at 12th level.
I usually assume that the ring's not an option (doesn't auto-appear in most games, has to be quested for lacking lucky rolls when visiting a metropolis). Also, rings can be dispelled by the same wizard who can hit you with reflex partial abilities. It's only a CL7 item, so that's not hard to do.

If he's wasted an action dispelling it, well worth it.

A quick ctrl-F of the core book (spell section) puts it at 13 each for fort partial and will partial (26 total) and 17 for reflex half (not counting the fact that the prismatics each have multiple reflex half effects).
It should be noted though that 4 of the 13 will partials are essentially the same spell (power word: alignment). Also, paying attention to spell levels the reflex save ones were pretty evenly spread, but the fort/will ones were primarily high level.
The partial effects of fort/will are usually less than half of the full effect (such as "half damage, but negates the extra conditions" of a few of them).
Not sure about class abilities, but it is probably safe to assume that that's something of a wash.
If you plan on getting hit by a lot of 6th + level spells and can afford of ring of evasion, then by all means go with Stalwart and buy the ring. However, the dangerous part of the fort/will spells (conditions) is negated by a successful save with or without Stalwart, and the reflex half spells tend to do more damage. The only fort/will partial that is built for damage that I noticed was Disintegrate, which has a tiny partial with respect to its full (at best, it drops by around 80% on successful save. Gets worse at higher CL). The fort/will simply seem unlikely to have more negated by removing the partial than reflex does.
