At the end of the adventure you can purchase a plus 1 resistance cloak for 1000 gold but since it's got to be your first adventure you can't possibly afford to buy one after the adventure. So can you buy that at anytime in the future when you have the money or is it just an error? Just wondering because you can buy everything else or at least one of the other items.

Hey, Sleek! Welcome to Pathfinder Society. You can find information on this in the free Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play.
Specifically:
Page 23-24
Quote:
Some items may be so valuable that the gold you receive in
one scenario is insufficient to purchase it. If you are unable
to purchase the item from the example above, you can save
up your gold and later purchase it during or after another
scenario. Every item that you find on a chronicle sheet is
considered always available for purchase for you, regardless if
it’s on your first chronicle sheet or your 21st chronicle sheet.
The exception here is items that have a purchase limit. You
may never purchase more of that item throughout the life
of your character than what’s listed as the purchase limit.
