I checked the wiki to no avail, so I wanted to ask my fellow pathfinders: Is there any information on Augustana out there? Specifically, information on the lodge, venture-captain, and his personality. Thanks.

I haven't read the Andoran source book yet, but I just check Seeker of Secrets and...well...it's on the map and that's it.

There's an article in the Andoran source book, but it doesn't really reference any of the things you're concerned with learning about.

Best I can suggest is take a look at PFS#13 The Prince of Augustana. Venture-Captain Caudron Wallace is in charge there.
