But yeah, I'm still keen to continue and I agree that unless the game is a well established one with committed players, any pause of significant time is almost a death sentance and is very hard to recover from (I have been in a couple that have attempted to be restarted and failed).

As I see it, the only area we are lacking in is Arcane Caster, so possibly trying to pick one up wouldn't be a bad idea, but otherwise 6 players is a good amount.

If you decide you want to recruit then perhaps we can use our contacts to get you some tried and trusted players.

Ironically the one person who didn't make it into your game, scranford, is in both of mine and he is very reliable and a decent roleplayer. Maybe he could be convinced to play a mage? I have not spoken to him about this yet BTW.

Does anyone know what has happened to Killian/Sasha Greymantle?

Just out of interest here is the current line up;

Mukril the gnome barbarian
Fenna the gnome oracle
Orin the half-elf ranger
Den the human druid
Syndessa the half-elf inquisitor

and maybe
Sasha the human rogue

Hey all, I'm going to be away at the in-laws for the holiday weekend and wont be able to post again until Sunday night/Monday morning (damned AOL & dial-up service).

Easter holidays, work and writing/running games next weekend for three days mean I'm not going to be posting much for the next ten days.

I felt it was important to give this game a chance and not desert it when problems first surfaced. But time has gone by and feel justified in looking for another game to enjoy.

Sorry guys. It was a noble experiment, but I guess I just don't have the feel for PbP. Too fast, everyone complained. Wait for people, wait forever.

At least we didn't get so far into the game that there were any spoilers, really.
