Would a Mudra Skeleton be able to use two two-handed weapon, or other combo of one and two-handed weapons?

From Classic Horrors Revisited.

There's no indication that a mudra skeleton couldn't use a two-handed weapon.

Sovereign Court

They've got 4 arms, so yes, 2 of those arms could wield a 2-handed weapon. Just keep in mind that skeletons keep the weapon proficiencies of the base creature, so if it didn't have proficiency in a 2-handed weapon before it became a skeleton, it wouldn't have it after becoming a skeleton (then again, it can probably be assumed that most skeletons are warriors or fighters, so it probably won't be a problem).

my players are screwed now.

You enter a dark tomb with pits of fire light along the walls. At the far end of the room you a small alter with deep red gem the size a gnomes head on. When you approche the alter two javelins fly from the darkness you look to see a four armed skeleton with two javelins and a great axe swing for your head.
