Apologies, work and life have been weird. I have the concept, the mechanics are most difficult. It is: two traits, one feat, and starting information is within this thread.

I'm looking to have Cheliax armor, or at least the look. What accoutrements are there that I can add to armor, and exceptions to gp limit to achieve the look? If not, I will achieve it in game, no mistake.

Masterwork and spikes? The masterwork would be enough to have it be black lacquered, and stylized. I don't have my Council of Thieves AP with me, so I'm not sure if there are particular rules for it.
