I have two GMs who love to use BattleMatts, with a third coming around to the fun of combat with minis. All of them are big gaming groups, with spells flying everywhere. One GM is already Pathfinder-ified and another is heading that way very soon. I'd really like to see these show up on the gaming table really soon.
Does anyone know why these wouldn't already be Pathfinder usable as they are? (I don't know 4E at all.)

I contacted Litko and had them do a custom order of the effects/conditions tiles for me similiar to their 4e tokens set. Sorry I was not more specific. Not these specific invisible characters. Look at their 4e set of tiles as a comparison. Except I had them do a custom order with these.
Stable/Dying, Nauseated/Sickened, Cowering/Shaken, Dazed/Dazzled, Bleed/Staggered, Confused/Disabled, Exhausted/Fatigued, Frightened/Panicked, Helpless/Prone, Paralzed/Petrified, Stunned/Unconscious, Hasted/Slowed and Blinded/Deafened

There's no reason you couldn't use these for PF.
Or for the Cosmothea RPG for that matter! Looks like a nice addition to the rpg scene, and I agree the colors should be fairly easy to memorize rather quickly - especially the more common ones, and if one player doesn't remember, most likely another would.
