I'm personally partial to the Witch Iconic, even more so now that I have seen Sara's Avatar! ^_^

OK, there are enough artists out there, how about a fan product.

How about a fan-produced (or Paizo sponsored) printed calendar with one iconic for each month plus some of the cheesecake-y NPCs.

Promote it. Do a pre-order for printing. And donate the proceeds to a charity like childs-play?

Remember, if they want to 'charge' for it, they would need permission from Paizo.

Not a bad idea actually. :)

as long as it has the iconic aasimar priestess from the bestiary, i will enjoy it. +1 for the wayfinder swimsuit edition.

And don't forget the Medusa. And the Lillend. And the Kyton. But especially the Medusa. Wait, did I mention the Medusa :D ?

I don't know, but they really should include the Medusa.

And Marid. And Shaitan.

...Anyone else notice an alarming number of cute monster girls in the bestiary?

I really don't think it's intentional. How could it be? Nobody would ever request anything remotely like, for instance, "Please insert hot and sexy tattooed albino boggard chick". Absolutely not. Cute monster girls have to be totally a fluke thing. Totally.

Well, I perhaps exaggerate a bit - 16 out of 200 isn't exactly an 'alarming number'. More accurate to say, I suppose, would be that the races that are supposed to look good, do.

what about the Iconic Aasimaar Cleric pictured in the Bestiary?... a naive, innocent, smile on her face. and innocent eyes of cuteness. i'd really focus on the innocence her. to the point of Moe Appeal.

As opposed to the overwhelming Curly and Larry appeal?

Moe (Prounounced Mo-Eh) (sometimes called Moe Moe) is a style of portrayal that focuses on cuteness. or other youthful qualities. it is common in anime. it is why all the decent Disgaea mooks look like little girls. the following link explains it better.

Now, if they wanted to devote a Pathfinder Companion to the clothing fashions of the various nations/enthicities of Golarion, that might be interresting.

I would buy a book like this. I know there's no way it'll happen, what with it being purely fluff and requiring a LOT of new art, but I dig setting material like that.

Could be a foundation for a future Wayfinder though. ;-)

Well, providing evidence that desperate Geeky guys have been around since ancient times, consider that many of these “Cute Monster Girls” come from real mythological sources.

  • Lamia
  • GorgonMedusa being a proper name of a Gorgon.
  • Lillend probably come from “Leanan sídhe” of Celtic Legend.
  • Dryad
  • Mermaid
  • Siren

    Etc.

  • Liberty's Edge
