My flight into Seattle was at 6:30 AM. Now, I find out that my flight out of Seattle is at 7:05 AM. Wonderful. I would have get up at 3:30 AM in order to catch the 4:15 AM bus to make it to the airport.
I'm not going to sleep tonight.
~chuckles~ Sorry to hear that, but I hope that you have a safe and uneventful flight.

Gooooooooooood morning Fawlty Towers!!!!
At work. A mountain of paperwork was here to greet me. I shouldn't have eaten anything funky at the end of the month. Oh well, better get crackin'.
Also, if you get a chance to read this Treppa, what is your e-mail? I'd like to e-mail you my resume over the holiday weekend.

Not only that, but it's amazing how much people still don't take advantage of the tech we have. For example: here in my office, we've got hardcopy engineering drawings, test reports, procedures, tech manuals, etc going back decades. Some of us have been b!!%!ing for years to start scanning this stuff in, converting it to PDF, and storing it on disks. We could save a ton of space.
ARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

I have to admit, we need some of it though. I heard a rumor that several people were canned downtown because of a serious computer error involving data that had been stored electronically after the hard copies had been destroyed.

Same here. Some of it is necessary. But, in our case, some of it is just good historical data for ships that are long since scrap.

Morning folks.
AZ: You participating in some eeeeville necromancy this morning? You're going to get a bunch of 'harumphs' from the fans! =P
CJ gave me the best quote on the subject to date:
"Twilight is like soccer. They all run around for two hours, nobody scores, and their billions of fans b%$#~ about why I just don't understand"
Was the first time I had laughed all week =)

I have to admit I stole it from Urizen. I have never had so many responses to a post before though. I might have to steal from him more often. :)

Not bad. That sucks about the food poisoning. :(
Got home from Role Playing about an hour ago.
Big John Lonnigan survived a 1 on 1 with a Tentamort and is now level 3 despite everyone else giving him odds of not surviving to reach level 2. :)

I LOVE it when that happens!!!
Twinky McTwinkTwink: Gary, your character sucks and won't survive this fight!!!
FreeholdDM: Who cares if my stats arent up to snuff. Let's just do this and have fun!!
This exchange happened 20 minutes before half the party was wiped out and once again, only the bard(myself) survived.

Halfling Barbarians FTW!!!!
It's actually the first Halfling I've ever played. I modelled his personality off Belkar, but he directs his homicidal tendancies towards monsters rather than people (although once people become the baddies then it's all good).
Last session he grabbed himself a +1 Dogslicer from the Goblin King and this session he got himself some +1 Dog Hide Armour from a dead Goblin. The Dog Hide Armour is gonna stay with him 'til the end. I love that he's wearing it. :D
EDIT: Oh yeah, we're (finally my insistence and perseverance pays off) playing Rise of the Runelords. :)
