~grimaces~ Well, Sebastian thinks that I am his sock puppet. He keep trying to put his hoof up my ass.

That sounds rather unpleasant.

Hang in there, Taigher. Maybe you can focus on that "assignment" you were wanting to dig into as a temporary distraction. If you need a fresh set of eyes, just drop me a line. =)

I've just started working on it.

I also picked apart a friend's resume, so that was somewhat therapeutic.

I think I'm going to be tossing mine over to a professional resume writer. And yes, the lil lady may have something to do with (re)enforcing that. :P

Thankyou. I might have to put that in a link on my FB page. :)

I did. =)

I never pictured you for a metal head.... ?

Somehow, I think I may actually survive my father-in-law's visit with some small part of my sanity intact.

Ah...I never saw this vulnerable side of you before. It compels me to hug you and squeeze you and cuddle you in my arms and call your name Shorge.

I was strong today. I put back all the books I picked up today except for F. E. Peters' Jerusalem, which at $4.06, I'd have been an idiot not to get it. Of course, at Xmaxx Games across the street I bought the Dragon lair flipmat and another PH mini set. Oh, and the Minotaur Savage Species set at Borders, but I snagged that for five bucks.

The Exchange

Just got done watching Lakeveiw Terrace, wife's not sure if she liked it, but I sure did. Samuel L. does evil racsist S.O.B. real well.

Trust me, I'm worse.

But see ... when a local gaming store is getting rid .. dirt cheap ... the entire Dawnforge collection set for .... $10. TEN BUCKS ... YES, I AM GOING TO BUY IT!

I know this would interest you as it is based on the story of the Gifford Lectures. $7.98 before the 15% discount.

EDIT: If anyone can guess what originally compelled me to pick up the book in the first place....?

Yes, and he was the only thing god in that one.

But you're right, dude can play any part. Hell I think he could just about do any other actors part better than they can..... hmmmm a remake of Highlander with Samuel L?

I wouldn't mind subjecting the wife to a good suspense though.
