Hello,

My regular subscription stated it shipped on December 21st, but I have yet to receive it. Is there anyway to track it?

Also if it has been lost and I do not receive it by the end of the week what are my options?

The shipping method for your order is estimated by the post office at 4-8 business days. Because of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, the last estimated delivery date would be today, 1/4/09. Because of the increased postal traffic due to the holiday season, actual transit times may exceed the post office's estimates. Typically, we wait a bit longer after the last estimated date before declaring a package lost as it allows time for delay shipments to catch up or shipments that get sent back to us to be returned to us. Let us know, if it hasn't shown up by the end of next week. in the meantime, you may want to quick double check the addresses on your subscription or order confirmation email to make sure everything looks good.
