Tonight I am making a new recipe for chicken tacos. I don't have a name for it but here it is

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cider vinigar
2 teaspoons extra fancy chicken rub
1 teaspoon cumin
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
3 whole chipolte
1 tspoon lemon juice
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Combine everything except chicken in a food processor and blend well. Place chicken in a large storage bag or shallow baking pan. Pour the liquid mixture over the chicken and marinade for 3-8 hours. Over medium high heat grill the chicken. Chop the chicken into bite size pieces and serve with salsa, refried beans, diced onion, diced tomato, shredded cheese, and tortillas.

And here I was thinking I was going to Ruby Tuesday for dinner tonight.

Apparently you have changed your mind?
Nah, but now I feel guilty. :)

Don't.

Hi, TAD.

I'm reminded of the character in Mystery Men (great movie, IMHO) that was only invisible when no one was looking.

I had forgotten all about that untill just now. :D

Dangit, Dave Gross doesn't remember me. What can I do to become his Number One Fan?

That's where I got it from. Love that movie. The Spleen is my fave hero from it.

Have a picture taken with all his work and you in the center of it and then post it on Facebook. ;)

Just don't make him watch film of a plastic bag floating around in an alley.

You guys kill me! Great ideas!

It'd be great to actually go to a webstore so that I can sift through the titles.

Ruby Tuesday, I think.

My wife might veto, though.

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

It's one of my daughter's favorite places to go, and she had to deal with middle-school crap earlier this week.

RPG Superstar 2012

Unfortunately, of the sort where I can't beat up the person responsible. :S

Still here for now.

RPG Superstar 2012

But it's a life lesson for her, because she knows that there are douchey people out there in the world.
