A friend of mine played a character who called another character a "b@!@!" when she turned the party in to the authorities. So, yeah, in game.
The "b@!@!"s player told her husband she was offended and she didn't want to play any more, and wanted him to quit too.
It amazes me the inabilaty of some folks to differentiate between IN game and reality. :/
