How do I Pathfinderize my Yuan-Ti?

I know that the Yuan-Ti aren't open content and as such aren't going to be contained in the Bestiaries. I am pretty sure that the fine people at Paizo have developed a suitable replacement for them somewhere. I looked for something about that in the forums and found nothing. My search-fu might be just bad, but can anyone lend me a hand?

Into the Darklands. Has stats for the serpentfolk (done up Robert E. Howard/Lovecraft style). The serpentfolk are going to play a HUGE role in the upcoming Serpent's Skull Adventure Path, starting next Gen Con.
