Rules Questions

I checked the Bestiary Preview and I have a couple of questions relative to the BAT (Page 15 of that pdf):

CMB : -2

How does that -2 comes up?

+0 (Base attack bonus)
-5 (Strength modifier with a STR of 1)
-4 (special size modifier: Diminutive)
==========
-9

Wait! If I add the feat "Agile Maneuvers" to my Bat Familiar, I get a -2 to CMB... So the Bat has this feat, but this is not written in the Bat entry... ?

Skills: Fly +16
Again, how is this result computed?

+4 (good maneuverability)
+6 (size bonus - diminutive)
+2 (dex of 15)
===============
+12.. So I am missing a +4 somewhere.. where is it hiding!?

Creatures that are size Tiny or smaller use their

Dexterity modifier in place of their Strength modifier
to determine their CMB.

Ah excellent - thanks!

The attack is defined as:
Melee Bite +6 (1d3-4)

A Strength score of 1 gives a -5 modifier. Why is the damage not 1d3-5?

Weapon Finesse Feat (+2 Dex), Size Diminutive (+4).

Weapon Finesse would also fix the CMB problem, instead of a -5 from Str, it receives a +2 from Dex, giving an overall net change of 7 for a -2 total. Although, technically this should be the Agile Maneuvers feat and not Weapon Finesse that provides that bonus, probably an error.

After going through it twice this has to be a typo.

Alas, the –4 instead of –5 is indeed a typo. Not one that will likely ever be noticed in play, since 1d3–4 and 1d3–5 are both Game-Speak for "does 1 point of damage on a hit. But a typo nevertheless.
