Quiklink Interactive did indeed publish a d20 version of Traveller, but most new products use the Traveller system as published by Mongoose.

Well the fluff in the Spinward Marches and Aslan books were much "thinner" than I would have liked, however it is still good as a base line. The fluff in the adventures, Belt Strike and Prison Planet, is pretty good though.

If you mean do they leave you room to turn it into your own thing as long as it is based around the core idea of the module, it is by my standards.
