I believe we keep our initiative scores for all the rounds of combat. And Ash's energy channeling would inflict 6 points of damage on all skeletons in a 30 ft radius, as well as healing any living creatures for the same amount in the same radius.

Suny deftly dodges the skeletons swings with they're decrepit scitimars, but one slashes Thorn, injuring her (3 dmg).
Gandel shoots at one of the kobolds, but unfortunately it's armor protects it.
Suny fires at one of the skeletons, but her shot, while true does no damage to the animated skeletons.
Three of the skeletons use this opportunity to attacks Suny, but miss. Thorn steps back and fires, but misses.
Ash calls upon her holy power to strike down her undead foes.
Only one of them survives the assault and it is badly damaged.
Finally the kobolds charge Gandel.
One of them stabs Gandel (5 dmg). He yells out a cry of triumph.

Nope. Even Small-size creatures can only be one creature per 5-ft square, and no two creatures of size Small or larger can end their movement in the same square. Only Very Small creatures (Fine, Diminutive, or Tiny) can have more than one creature occupying the same square.

Suny slams her crossbow bayonet into the last skeleton and despite it's resistance to piercing blows she apparently strikes a weak spot or something of the sort, and it crumbles into a pile of bones. Thorn fires her bow and the other kobold suddenly sprouts an arrow sticking out of it's chest.
But then a large figure is seen at the end of the corridor where the kobolds came from. It resembles a kobold, but is larger, almost the size of a human, and has dark scales.
"A good death my warriors. Tonight we will dine together in my father's house, after I finish what you started!"
It finishes walking down the corridor and swings a pick at Gandel. It pierces the gnome's armor and then his flesh (4 damage).
