I'm surprised to see that no one has pointed out that Games Workshop is rereleasing Space Hulk after it being out of print for something like twenty years.
So what's the word? Anyone play this back in the day? It's a limited release and pricey at $100, but the Aliens vibe looks like it could be a lot of fun.

I didn't play it back in the day, but I just played the new version at my FLGS. They've got an advance copy and ran a demo for me. It was a lot of fun. The scenario (first one in the book, I think) took about 40 mins but I figure it would've gone a little faster if I was already familiar with the rules.
$100? Geez, I would have loved to pick it up but not for that...
I'll stick to my 1st edition box set.

Seriously, have a look at the models. This really is a no-brainer for me...
Honestly, the Terminators model are probably the best looking that I've seen. Unfortunately, they're also only two pieces, even less then the Assault on Black Reach models. Not a whole lot of modeling opportunities, although I don't think that's what they were going for. All of the chits and board pieces are top notch too, pretty much on par with some of the stuff that Fantasy Flight does.
Are the models to scale with the rest of their line?
I won't be getting this as I've also got 1st Edition plus expansion.

Yeah, once they're put together, the only difference is that the bases are different. I suppose you could alter that with a little work though.

The guy at the store told me they were all unique sculpts . . .
Got a box of it in my house right now and I have to say it is Sweet.

how'd you get a box already?
Unique sculpts...those are nice...since they're plastic they could easily be carved and remounted...
$100 is cheaper than the $120 I had heard before...so for all those unique sculpts...I just hope there are some left when I start getting my side work checks in...
