Question about adding BAB

How do you add BAB form multiclassed character? example Fighter 8lvl BAB +8/+3 to a Sorcerer 12lvl BAB +6/+1

Add the first two numbers(the 8 and the 6) together to determine the characters BAB. This will give you a 14

If you go to any class with a BAB of 14 or higher you will see that a BAB 14 gives you +14/+9/+4.

PS: Any class with a medium or full BAB progression will go past 10 on the chart.
