Paizo offered the .pdf for the core rulebook to GenCon customers for $4 and change. I preordered my book in September 2008. Don't you think it would be right to reward the people who preordered with the same option? I would like to have the .pdf version as well as the hardcover, but I don't want to be penalized for not waiting till GenCon. Any thoughts on this?

If I'd have waited ten months to buy my new Macbook it would have come with Snow Leopard instead of the old operating system. Now I need to spend a little over $150 next month updating the software. That's life.

Thoughts?
Yeah, when I subscribed to Pathfinder RPG I knew that I'd be getting the physical book and the PDF because that was the deal. I knew I wasnt going to GenCon and I didnt know what special offers that they had there.
Would I go to GenCon just to get the $4 PDF? Nope.
Do I have that strong of a sense of entitlement that I would complain about not getting the special GenCon price? No.
Paizo did something special for the customers who came to the con and ACTUALLY SHOWED UP to their booth. Does that mean that those who didn't got robbed or treated unfairly? No.
Either way it's a $10 PDF of an almost 600 page full color core rulebook. I think that the $10 price is a STEAL as it is.
