Emailed on 19 August to [e-mail]; no response as of yet from that email, hence the message board post.

Upon opening the book, I've identified a printer/binding error with my particular copy of the material.

In Chapter 3 / Classes, my page numbers are as follows:
30 through 40, 33 through 40, 57 through 64, 57 through 83

I have not investigated the remainder of the book to see if there are any other "blocks" as is evidenced as above.

Checking my PDF download of the book... (which has been addressed in other threads, so I will not repeat it here.)
