You've got this weekend. :)

Are you playtesting the new character classes?

No. I know some people love diving into new character classes the day they become available. I am the opposite. I like to wait until there is an abundance of source material available for the class before I play it, because I like options :)

I want to dive in, but here is where I hit CH's wall: the focus for the kind of oracle I'd want to try is not available yet.

I'm gonna offer up the two classes for tomorrow night's game, which will hopefully finally get off the ground. If no one wants to play them, then that's fine.

Dishes are done. Now it's time to go fold laundry. And make dinner. And pack.

edit - Oh, and have a good time!

Across town. I'm staying with friends for the week. And then we hand off next week and he goes and stays with friends while I come back to the house. At least I'll still get to see Bryce for a bit when I pick him up from school, but I'll miss him bunches over the weekend.

I'd look for the interesting new things that the Bestiary introduces, like the Green Dragon animating treants, and find two monsters that have neato flavor/crunch combos to fill out those two encounters.

I love how the new doppelgangers can effectively autopass low-level UMD checks for scrolls and wands. It makes their cover so much easier to keep up.

Having spent several nights, frigging about with a group of 3.5 doppelgangers, ensuring that between them, they have a level or two in all casting-classes, I can appreciate how this change would have made my life tons easier!

Enjoy your visit with your friends. It's good that you'll still be picking him up from school.

Spoiler:
F$&&, f$*!, f%%@, f@#!, f@~$!

I went downstairs to fold the laundry and missed a call from my dad. And the message said that he has something that he needs to talk to me about in addition to what I alluded to in my email. As if I weren't nervous enough about this phone call.

And then I come upstairs and even though the agreement was that he wouldn't come back to the house until after bowling when I was gonna leave, my husband decided to ignore that and come back to the house. He is currently upstairs. :(
And then he wonders why I can't trust him....maybe if he'd ever do what he says. :(
Edit: And has now left, thank goodness.

Apologies for that. I'm feeling a bit jumpy at the moment and just needed to vent a bit.

What? Friday 13ths are my favorite days, doesn't matter that everything seems to go to hell in a hand basket. I am in a GREAT mood, and nothing can put a damper on that. At least untill tomorrow. ;)

I could accept that he wanted to see Bryce, except that he was supposed to email me if there were any changes to the schedule, and I know he has his blackberry with him at all times so there's no excuse for not.

That would require a Klondike bar and enough cheap vodka to destroy a nation of livers.
