I keep telling Solnes that if she would give in every time I was ready then she would lose on average 10 pounds a week. ;)

Sorry hun. I drink mostly water but I love my Mt. Dew, but you already know that. :D

Ambrosia, good luck with NaNoWriMo. I hope you got a lot done today. :)

So far so good. I've got no over-arcing plot, thin characters, and the scenes are jumping around like Dali and Gilliam on acid. My only real goals are to churn out the pages and get my brain in the habit of writing on command.

I will need to burn this when I'm done.

Sounds like you've got Hollyweirds next big blockbuster in your hands. ;)

Heck yeah! In a heartbeat. We'll just burrow into your house, so you'll want to leave it outside.

I can't imagine anyone writes something that's publishable from NaNoWriMo. Not without a healthy dose of editing. Keep going, though. You can do it! If you need motivation, I'll see what Lynora, Solnes, or Tina Tina can do. :)

If slaad are vulnerable to circus peanuts, how was Cobb Slaad able to hold them? Must be the mixed up DNA...

Yep. And I don't fault you for that. You're not the one trying to lose weight :/

And I have a hard time dropping the pounds if I don't first get rid of the foods that tend to trigger munchies cravings. So no more diet coke. I'm kinda twitchy today. Tomorrow.....tomorrow may be scary.

Glad to hear you're back on your feet, Moorluck. It's always rewarding to get over being sick and go back to work. If you're a masochist, or somehow you like your job.

Court Fool's "meat" thread was delightfully over the top. I like Gary's comment when he killed the thread, less than 30 minutes after it started.

NaPr0nWriMO? :)

I think Bradbury said every writer has 50,000 words of crap in them, so it's best to just get it all out as quick as you can.

It is just my imagination or my optimism, or does Moorluck sound better?

Moorluck: how much better are you?

I think he sounds pretty good.

Good enough that I plan on ravashing Solnes as soon as she gets her pretty lil' butt home. ;)

Let's see...even when I had pneumonia, I was horny though on death's door...so I'm not sure that really answers my question, but it's a good heads up to any potential visitors or callers later this evening.

I once had a pretty nasty flu that laid me out for a week, we did it 6 times. :)

I'm about 84% if that helps.

That's great!

Thanks though, I appreciate all the concern. :)

Not only is it not news to me, but I seem to be given reminders of it everywhere I go. It's like the universe is conspiring to tell me something.

Dinner was good. I am feeling slightly less insane now that I am not ravenously hungry. Slightly.

Well, since my husband is going to be traveling for work this week, I'm gonna go spend the evening with him. Planning on curling up on the sofa and watching some tv :)

Spoiler:
But if he sighs again I may have to break him. He's decided that he's pissed that I'm dieting, because now he doesn't have any excuse not to eat better. Men! *rolls eyes* :)

I don't know about other men, but Moorluck can *think* about dieting and lose 10 lbs. :\

I think thats about the only time I think he is truly annoying. ;)

So I have been at work for 3 hours and 20 mins. and yet have had a customer. :\ Not going to have a happy boss when I call him tonight.
On the up side I chatted with my mom quite a bit and made certain to extract a second promise to watch the lil ones for PaizoCon!! She even made a note to mark it on her new calander and tell my dad about it! So We should be there no problem!

How was everyone's night?

Warning: when one reaches a certain age, this ability may depart from you, gentleman. On the other hand, I can safely say that if I'm going to lose ability, all things considered...this was an acceptable loss.

I wish I had that boy's metabolism.

Boo Hoo, by the time you reach that age you are now in that adorable older guy phase when you are starting to gray a bit and we find it attractive. We women...not so attractive when we have the gray's and wrinkles and have put on weight!!! ;D

I'd love to say that you are wrong, but my female students seem to be affirming your perspective.

It can be frustrating. He has weighed the same since the day we got married. And he did put on some weight before the wedding, but he needed to as he was like 150lbs and 6 foot tall. He was very thin.

Dark Archive

So when I was at wal-Mart on Friday, I went over to the book section, as I often do. There was a 4e Player's Handbook on the shelf with the children's books. I don't know if the distributer just screwed up or what, but it sounds like a good market for Paizo.

AND your a teacher! See you have that authority thing going on that many women like, not too mention the likes kids thing. :)

Well, time to run for a lil bit.

Hmm, I've never seen RPG books at a discount/big box store.

Dark Archive

I admit that it was a first for me, but I had heard from other people when 4e first came out that they saw copies of it at Wal-Mart in Las Vegas and in the Mid-West.
