Dragon's Delve Online Game (Maptools plus vent) PfRPG

Gamer Connection

I'm just wondering if anyone is interested in a online game using Dragon's Delve, Monte Cooke's Dungeon a Day creation. I will be using the Pathfinder RPG rules. Considering it's only a month until the final game I might just delay until after August 13th to start.

I haven't decided on a game night but it would likely be a weeknight, from 4PM until 8PM PST.

Though I love Pygon's TableTop I get frustrated screwing around with Windows so I'll be running the game on Maptools using Ventrillo for voice.

Anyone curious?

Really? Nothin'?

Interest, yes. But the concern over a cacophony of voices on Ventrillo with no faces to put them to, and the belief that this could be quite confusing, dampens my interest a little. I dunno, maybe it would work out great. If anyone else shows interest, I'd be willing to give it a whirl.

I'm interested...although I run a mac and all the software you mentioned is new to me.

Still, with the lead time I'm sure there's nothing I couldn't muddle through....

Possibly interested depending on date and time (im EST), though Id rather do something else like a Paizo AP. Ill drop in on this thread regularly to see where this goes.

The choice of software is based on the fact that I use a mac I can help you with that end of things.

TenOfWar - Generally folks know not to talk over each other. There is also chat within maptools to help defray the cacophony.

I'll be back and see if I can figure out a time to play. Any particular time folks are interested in?

If folks wanted I might be talked into doing Legacy of Fire or Rise of the Runelords instead.

If it is a weekday, I work until 6pm EST ish... so any time before that is straight out, I'm afraid. As for the choice of adventure, Legacy of fire would be great fun, but I'm equally interested in the others, including Dungeon-a-day.

Well I'm PST so likely it would be 4 or 5PM PST until 8 or 9PST... I'm leaning towards Wednesday or Thursday evenings.

I'm tenatively interested.

It's tenative because I don't want to overload my schedule... but I'm tempted. I am in MT, and my wife's late night is Thursday evening.. so I', taking away from any family time by playing that evening.

I'm a MapTools user right now. I rent my own Vent Server too. And I'm well versed in lmarkus001's 3.5/Pathfinder campaign framework.

I run a weekly MapTools Runelord's game on Monday nights.

I suppose, another reservation is that I was thinking of starting another campaign, or making a serious attempt at GMing some PFS on a regular basis once the PF Core Rules came out.

But I'll keep tabs on this thread too.

Fantastic!

I'll see what I can do on my own.

...as easy as it was free!
Glad you're running a mac, it'll be nice to have help with troubleshooting.

I'm PST. Wed or Thurs could both work for me. I'd prefer a 5:00 start, but 4:00 works too.

Hope this works out, it really is fantastic!

Is this going to happen or should I give up all hope?
