So out of everything Paizo publishes the only thing I have not bought from them is there Planet Stories books. I never had any interest in even trying to read them. Well today I decided I could just be missing out on something and it could not hurt to at least try one of the books.
So I ask the community out there who read these books, which should I read first?
Though I could order any of them here, the Book store on base has a few of them already, so it would be easier if you suggest one of those ;-).

I thoroughly enjoyed all of the Gygax novels, although if you are only after one, then Infernal Sorceress is your book of choice. While it is not needed for the other three (Anubis Murders, The Smarkand Solution & Death in Delhi) to be read together, it's better if you do.
I also enjoyed the Moorcock Kane of Old Mars novels as well (City of the Beast, Lord of the Spiders & Masters of the Pit).
Worlds of Their Own is also another good one if you are only after a one off. It is a collection of short stories.
I read Black God's Kiss and although I liked the stories I just couldn't seem to get into a groove with Moore's writing style...
I'd say that The Ginger Star (and Hounds of Skaith/Reavers of Skaith, which follow it) is my favorite of what we have out right now, though I think Ship of Ishtar might be trumping that. I also really enjoyed The Dark World, Black God's Kiss, and Northwest of Earth, both for the weirdness of the worlds they presented and for the historical significance (especially Black God's Kiss... first female protagonist in the genre!). Really, though, I'd hope you could choose almost at random (with the exception being the trilogies for Moorcock and Brackett, which are best read in order) and still come up with something you enjoy....

hmm.. the answers here may not help you, cause everyone will have their favourites.
My favourite so far is "The Secret of Sinharat". I think that Leigh Brackett may be the best of the writers in the imprint, and this book includes 2 of her novellas as an introduction to Eric John Stark.
I've also read "The Anubis Murders", "Black God's Kiss", "Worlds of Their Own", and "City of the Beast". I'm almost finished "The Dark World".
While I could appreciate Moore's craftsmanship and historical significance, like Flash, "Black God's Kiss" left me cold.
You can tell who Gygax's favourite writers were, as "The Anubis Murders" struck me as reminiscent of both Vance and Leiber. When he does light character interaction a la Leiber, the book is quite good. When he tries to set a scene using florid Vancian descriptions, I found it almost painful.
As a multi-author short story collection, "Worlds of Their Own" has both the inherent strengths and weaknesses of that form: moments of brilliance, but inconsistency.
"City of the Beast" was atypical Moorcock, a Burroughs homage which I quite enjoyed.
I like "The Dark World" so far, but it is quite short and may not be the best introduction to the line.

The Skaith Trilogy or the C. L. Moore books. So hard to choose. Black God's Kiss is still my favorite, though. Darn if that Ms. Brackett isn't good, too.
