Moorluck was talking about Harris Teeter, a regional grocery store chain. I think Moorluck wanted to get some snacks before he posted, and realized that the snacks were no good if he couldn't post due to the phantom posts.

I know nothing of the mysteries of the PostMonster's work, I know only that we are beholden to him in our posting out and our posting in. And I think we all really appreciate his labors. Let us pledge not to invoke the name of Teter rashly. (Although, I still think tetering is a verb of cosmic awesomeness, as long as used rightly.)
