I believe that some people just were never taught how to interact with other people.
Edit: Or else they just believe that thefact tht they never haveto actually interact ith the person on the other side of the screen that they don't have to use normal social decorum.
It's hard to say. I've known plenty of people in real life who wouldn't know proper social decorum if it walked up and bit them.
